Privacy Policy
Japan UAS Industrial Development Association (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) is a general association, and the persons concerned (hereinafter referred to as “members, etc.”) are used for business purposes. Regarding the identifiable information (hereinafter referred to as “personal information”), the Association strictly observes the laws, guidelines and other norms related to the protection of personal information as well as stipulates the personal information protection policy as follows and strives to protect personal information appropriately.
■ Acquisition of personal information
Acquisition of personal information is done by lawful and fair means. The Association may acquire the name, e-mail address, date of birth, information stipulated on the website, and other information designated by the Association.
■ Use of personal information
The Association will use personal information acquired from members etc. only for the following purposes.
Information to join the Association
Sending newsletter and other information
Notification and management of events such as seminars and exhibitions
Contact for meeting
Contact, registration and other related administrative procedures for the issuance of license etc.
Management of the usage of JUIDA’s facilities
Inquiry and contact for quetionnaires and surveys by the Association, related agencies and ministries
Creation of statistical materials
Response to inquiries
For the uses incidental to the purpose above
■ Disclosure and provision of personal information to third parties
The Association will not disclose / provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the consent of the members etc. except in the following cases:
1. Disclosure and provision of the information which individuals cannot be identified (statistical data etc.)
2. Disclosure and provision to subcontractors within the scope necessary for the course of business.
3. When the disclosure or provision is required by law or administrative agencies
4. When there is business succession for organizational restructuring, merger and transfer.
■ Management of personal information
Personal information acquired from members etc. will be kept in accordance with the following management system.
The personal information will be stored and managed under the guidelines in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information
Use of personal information is limited to people and extent necessary in the course of business.
The stored personal information will be deleted at the end of the period necessary in the course of business.
■ Disclosure of personal information, correction, suspension of use etc.
In case of a request for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc. concerning personal information of members, the Association will respond after confirming the correct identity of the members.
■ Compliance with laws and regulations
The Association will comply will laws, guidelines and other rules related to the handling of personal information, and will continuously review and improve the contents of this Policy. The latest Policy will be posted on the Association’s website. The revision of the Policy on the Protection of Personal Information shall be applied from the time when the Association posted on the website.
